Find out who services the equipment, how faults are reported, what happens outside normal hours and whether replacement parts are likely to remain available.
Do not be embarrassed to compare quotations
Different companies may suggest different solutions. That can be useful. Ask each one to explain why they recommend their approach and what compromises it involves.
Keep control of the decision
